Rick Shull is the President and Founder of RGS Search Partners.With over 20 years of business and consulting experience, including many years in the executive search field, he has accumulated a vast amount of experience interacting with executives at all levels.
Rick has provided a wide variety of management consulting services to small start-up companies to the largest of the Fortune 500.He spent 12 years with Deloitte Consulting delivering finance, operations and technology consulting services.In addition, he has helped create a start-up technology services firm and managed all operational areas of a technology outsourcing firm. After several years with a mid-sized, national retained search firm, Rick realized that he could provide search services better, faster and in a fashion which was more advantageous to the client if he started a new firm dedicated to quality versus volume.Rick’s client service philosophy centers on developing a true partnership with his clients.
Rick has conducted searches for a wide variety of industries including:banking, insurance, healthcare, engineering, professional services, technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and retail.
Rick graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, IA with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting.
